It's now easier than ever to get your hands on Asian street food classics, thanks to Maggie Fu. After a successful two years in its Smithdown Road restaurant, the family-run kitchen has set its sights on something a little bigger... more specifically a 120-cover eatery in Liverpool ONE.

The spot will be dishing out its well-loved menu of ramen, noodles, stir-fries and steamed buns. Expect warming bowls of Malaysian chicken curry, spicy bites of shredded beef in chilli sauce and refreshing combos of chicken and pineapple fried rice. In terms of drinks, a compact selection of beers and ciders will be available, along with a house white, red, rosé and prosecco.

As for interiors, if the original site is anything to go by, you're in for a seriously stylish mid-shop refuel. We're talking moody lighting, modern seating and attention-grabbing black walls covered in cool wall art.
