New food market Dockside Dining Club is coming this spring to Mann Island

Dockside Dining Club food market in Liverpool

The market will be inspired by Amsterdam's Foodhallen.

Liverpool hasn’t really got the reputation it deserves when it comes to food. The best way to fix this? Get all your favourite food vendors and join them together in one place, like a very tasty Avengers. London has more food markets per capita than it does affordable homes, so it is about time Liverpool got itself in gear and added another food market to its repertoire.

The Dockside Dining Club is coming this spring and hopes to unite the best food stalls in the city and beyond onto Mann Island. The food hall will have ten street food vendors that will rotate seasonally, surrounding a vibrant market area with communal bench seating. The vendors themselves will be a mix between traditional street food vendors and known restaurant brands looking to test out the city with a pop-up before they commit to a full venue. Of course, no meal – casual or not – is complete without a fully licensed bar, and the space is also available for private hire. If you like variety in your eating life, you are about to be very pleased.
