BBQ street food and craft beer festival comes to Constellations at the Baltic Triangle

Meat lovers rejoice, as Sear & Smoke brings some of the country's top award-winning vendors to Liverpool.

After a sell-out first event, Sear & Smoke is hitting the road for a two-day festival at the Baltic Triangle’s popular event space, Constellations. Brought to you by Digbeth Dining Club and Original Patty Men, the foodie festival will bring together ten of the UK’s finest BBQ and meat traders.

Showcasing Europe’s finest chefs and street food traders in a celebration of all things meat, BBQ and smoke, Sear & Smoke brings you the ultimate weekend dedicated to good music, great food and fantastic beer. Traders include Baked in Brick, who will be bringing his unique brand of cooking from the infamous converted red Mini Cooper, as well as, Texan BBQ specialist Andy Stubbs of Low n’ Slow, who comes fresh from a residency at Digbeth Dining Club.

Live music and DJs are curated by the team at Constellations. There’s no doubt that the selection of cocktails, gin and craft beer from some of the UK’s most popular brewers will be a welcome treat to wash down the copious amounts of barbecued nosh.

Sear & Smoke takes place from 4pm - 11pm on Saturday 11th May and from 12pm - 11pm on Saturday 12th May at Constellations, 35-39 Greenland St, Liverpool L1 0BS.
