This was absolutely shocking. I'll award a star for each scoop of 'all you can eat' Mac and Cheese I got. Where to start with this embarrassment. Short Version: Poorly organised event and seating, not remotely all you can eat, heavily portion controlled food, ran out anyway, long waiting times for more(brought out extra once, half the amount that started with) cause they barely made any for 100+ people there. People left during it. Disaster. And staff knew it. Full Rundown: So we get there and the room is packed with 6 rows of tables, 3 on each side of the room. If you arrive behind others with friends, there's a chance you wont be sitting next to each other as the seating was a large free for all. So we wait, it's time for food and some 100+ people go up to 6 not very big trays of Mac and Cheese (sorry vegan, no one cares) and naturally, it's demolished. Scraps left for people who were still waiting to get anything. Food was gone in 10/15 minutes after people got a small serving, some flavours done before people could even try. Maybe when the next batch comes out ill be able to get some donner or salt and chilli chip Mac? (Spoilers: No) 5/10 minutes pass. It was triumphantly declared to be all you can eat during the opening speech and pledge after all. Then mic girl said how we were a hungry lot and more will be out in a few minutes. My friend, grossly underserving food for an all you can eat with too many people is not us being hungry, it's failed planning and management. Don't try to spin this. Well the few minutes was 20-25 minutes. Eventually the mystery mac is brought out. Take half a bit of Macaronni Pizza. Man these guys are starting to heavily portion control. Low and behold Mac and Cheese trays start to arrive. BUT! HALF the amount of the first lot. 3 more meagre trays and staff portioning away and still run out, it never stood a chance. Didn't even get anything this time around. Surely more will be brought out? I'll get some then. Mic girl comes out, maybe to announce more again? Competition winner announcement and finishes with thanks for tonight and wrapping up. Wait WHAT? Mic girl disappears and gets a cuddle from a staff member. Our group sat there stunned. Gotbthere for starting at 7. Food served at 7:30. More about 8. Finished at 8:30. Wow. Was a good thing there was ice in the drinks to eat and a fortune cookie to help get us by. Needless to say, up and left. Had to grab something to eat on the way home cause guys gotta eat, and sure wasn't getting it there. Got a chicken pakora hoagie. That was good. P.S Sent e-mail for asking for refund. Not replying despite 24 hour stated turn around.

The macaroni ran out after my group and I had one plate each (which was about two/three small scoops per plate). We stood and waited at the front of the queue for our side of the room for the macaroni to be refilled which took about 20 minutes. They only partly refilled the macaroni for the other half of the room meaning we ended up at the back of this queue. The macaroni ran out again after a second small plate and when they brought out the mystery macaroni we were told we only could half one bit at a time. Not really ‘all you can eat’ and would’ve been better value for money just booking a table at the pub and ordering macaroni from the menu. Looked forward to this event and was seriously let down.
