Glasgow is certainly not short of restaurant-bars; in fact, you could even say it's become the norm. But no matter how competitive the market may be, quality will always be valued. Serving dishes such as goats cheese gnocchi and whisky cured Shetland salmon, and promising bespoke cocktails, it's clear that high-standards are the driving force behind The Hawke.
