Floor work with Agneta Linchevskaya
Floorwork gives a lot of possibilities to be sexy on stage, to vary your performance and make it more interesting in choreography.
In this class you will learn the basics of balance withing you're own body and how to all parts of the body to make beautiful and unusual shapes. In this workshop Agneta will show you a wide variety of floorwork elements including: ways of going down and up, waves, progressions, twists, somersaults and tricks. You'll learn how to perform it in the most sensual and expressive way.
What to bring: Knee pads and tight comfortable clothing to show the in stretch the body (leggins and bodysuit/t-shirt, for example - no skirts please). Dancing shoes with high heels are preferable but ballet shoes, jazz shoes, trainers are also fine!
