Description

From ancient Orkney seal recipes through to hosting some of the world's best chefs, Edinburgh Food Studio's events garnered them international acclaim. So it only seems logical that the culinary pros should set up base in a permanent spot and continue building on their already renowned reputation.

Joining founders Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella is chef Jame Murray, whose credentials include Michelin-starred Nur in Hong Kong, and Le Manoir Aux Quat'saisons. He is creating a seasonally-changing brunch, a la carte lunch and set dinner, using only the freshest, locally-sourced produce. Working closely with suppliers, the restaurant is keeping its innovative approach to food and drink, with tasting menus and especially-selected alcohols available.
