Noto Edinburgh

Description

Located in the heart of New Town, Noto is the second restaurant from the award-winning team behind Aizle.

For his latest venture, head chef Stuart Ralston says he drew inspiration from time spent exploring New York’s after-hours food scene, along with his love of Asian cuisine and local Scottish produce.

Noto’s menu consists of gastro classics and quirky fusions with fresh quality ingredients at their heart. Think Jerusalem artichokes served with truffled cheddar and walnut, followed by miso cod, edamame and shoestring fries. Is your mouth watering yet? Ours too

The 40-cover space is a must-visit for any Edinburgh foodie and the perfect place to break bread (freshly baked sourdough, no less) with friends, dates and colleagues alike.
