Dublin, it’s getting hot in here (don't worry, there's no need to take off all your clothes), it’s just a brand new spicy Indian restaurant landing slap bang in the middle of South Richmond Street.

Part of the super-luxe Lennox building, Doolally will be located just a stone’s throw away from the Grand Canal and Grafton Street’s shops, making it the perfect pit-stop after a day spent pounding the pavements. And when it comes food, this place is going to be like naan other, Michelin star chef Alfred Prasad has created an Irish Indian fusion menu, made up of classic dishes with surprising twists; truffle cheese and bone marrow butter naans we are looking at you.

There will also be a weekend brunch menu, all washed down with an eclectic mix of Indian-inspired cocktails (after all, what’s brunch without booze?). Opt for the One Hot Minute and lap up chili-infused Don Julio Blanco, combined with mezcal and grapefruit - best chased with a large glass of milk...

By the looks of things, this place is set to be kind of a big daal.
