Restaurants and bars across Brighton will collaborate for this fun and quirky event.

Bringing together the cream of Brighton's drinking and dining crop, Cocktail Fusion is back for another year at Brighton Cocktail Week. Held at La Choza's Western Road location, the event sees chefs and mixologists from the city's top bars and restaurants teamed up to create a dish and perfectly paired Bacardi cocktail, resulting in a delicious five course tasting menu. 

The venues already confirmed to loan out their best bartenders and chefs include Murmur, Merkaba, 64 Degrees, Boho Gelato, Curry Leaf Cafe, Drakes, Isaac At, Fourth & Church and La Choza itself. If these names are anything to go by, it's sage to say that guests at the event are in for quite the treat come the 9th of July.

Cocktail Fusion takes place on the 9th of July as part of Brighton Cocktail Week 2018 at La Choza Western Rd, 105 Western Rodd, Brighton BN1 2AA. Tickets are £35 advanced and include a five course tasting menu with paired cocktails.
