In homage to the unashamedly laid back vibes that make up our fair seaside town and ensure its continued reputation as a charming holiday retreat, our pals over at Brighton based cocktail and bar-tending company Mixology Group have crafted bespoke cocktail offering, designed to evoke the easygoing temperament of this charming coastal habitat. 

The Sussex Club blends gin, vermouth, elderberry port, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and egg white. 

A twist on the classic Clover Club, the Sussex Club uses ingredients from the surrounding countryside: gin, vermouth and elderberry port are sourced from Blackdown Spirits, a distillery at the foot of Blackdown Hills that uses only regional ingredients and creates blends in very small batches.
