Proud's new cabaret roast launches from the 1st of April.

Move over bottomless brunch, there's a new sheriff in town, and it comes with cocktails, cabaret and cauliflower cheese. Proud Cabaret Brighton has announced that alongside its weekly Saturday brunch club, it will be adding bottomless roast dinner to its weekend line-up. 

The Moulin Rouge-inspired 'Rouge Roast' will feature a full roast dinner and cabaret show presented by iconic Proud Brighton MC, Dolly Rocket. Available every Sunday from the 1st of April, guests will find themselves in a Parisian speakeasy, with 90 minutes of bottomless red wine or cocktails to accompany their meal. Brunch Brothers will be providing the experience, offering diners a choice of lamb shoulder, beef topside, chicken breast or a vegan root vegetable wellington, alongside all the trimmings. 

The Rouge Roast launches on the 1st of April and will be available every Sunday from 12pm - 4pm at Proud Cabaret Brighton, 83 St George's Road, Brighton BN2 1EF. Prices start at £34 per person.
