Picturehouse Cinemas is taking on the lovely outdoors scenery of Lewes Castle in June. The Duke of York’s and Duke's at Komedia theatres will be setting up shop for a pop-up in Sussex featuring popular films and a bar.

As part of its 2018 Pop Up Season full of outdoor screenings, the network of cinemas is hitting Brighton in its tour across the country. Throughout the weekend of 22nd June, the theatre will be playing classic films like Dirty Dancing starring Patrick Swayze and even the more recent The Greatest Showman starring Zac Efron. Cardboard bumbox seating will be available to viewers for sale in addition to a cash only bar for beer and wine. The gorgeous setting of Lewes Castle’s Gun Garden makes for the perfect picnic setup whilst enjoying film.
