Hennessey's

If you're interested in Birmingham's St Patrick's Day 2026, Hennessey's will be hosting a huge event on the 17th of March, complete with live music all day from 2pm. Even better, the pub is open from 10am where it'll be serving a traditional Irish breakfast.

The line-up includes Bang On The Ear, On The Sesh from 5pm, Father Teds at 7pm, and Heed closing things out at 9pm. There'll also be an Irish-themed menu all day, as well as music from DJ Eddie.

  • Why we recommend: The Old Crown knows how to throw a party complete with pints and live music, and that's exactly what they'll be doing on the Sunday before St Patrick's Day, as well as on the big day. We love the look of the line-up, and if you fancy staying late? There's a DJ set for that

Digbeth is turning green - and the city's oldest pub is at the heart of the action. From mid-morning 'til late on the 15th, The Old Crown will be abuzz with live music, DJ sets and plenty of perfectly poured Guinness. Expect high-octane Irish folk acts, traditional tunes and plenty of room to show off your moves right through to 1am.
