What's included in my purchase?
When you come to bake with us we take care of everything.
On The Day -
On the day we provide all your ingredients, recipe, aprons, a fancy box to take away your creation in and we even do all the washing up - Starting at £26pp
Bake At Home -
Our specially created digital download of ‘The Big Bakes Mini Recipe e-Book’ so you can host your very own baking competition at home- valued at £12.50pp
*Certain Monday night bookings do not include our e-book download.

Can I buy a voucher for a friend or family?

Yes, you can find more information here 

I want to book for a group, how do I do this? 

If you would like to book for a group, you can simply buy your tickets above, and increase the number of people attending to the desired amount. The minimum booking number is two people, as we have a team of two at each bake station. If your party is an odd number then you are very welcome to bake in a three. 

Can I bake in a three?

Of course, When joining us with an odd number, one group will bake in a team of three at one of our fab bake stations :slightly_smiling_face:

All guests require a ticket, so just select the number of tickets for your party for your preferred date and time. Please note - if you would like everyone to bake at separate stations, i.e. one pair at one station and one guest on their own, then you will need to select four tickets to book two stations for your group. Can I hire the entire marquee?

No problem. If you would like the entire marquee for one of our public sessions, just simply book all 24 tickets through DesignMyNight. If you would like to book a private session at a time not listed or bring more than 24 people, just send us an email at contactus@thebigbirminghambake.com and we can reserve a session for you. 

Can children attend?

Yes of course, we welcome families down every week. Our only sessions not available to children are our 8.00 or 8.30pm sessions. 

I have a dietary requirement?

That is no problem at all. Just complete our Online Dietary Form.

Can I bake in a three?

I have already booked, when should I arrive?

We suggest arriving 20 minutes before your published start time.

Can I book just for myself?

Yes of course. We do have a minimum booking requirement of two people per station, but if you would like an entire bake station to yourself, you can! Just select two tickets, and process a booking for two people.

Are ingredients provided? 

Yes, just bring yourself!

Can children attend The Big Birmingham Bake? 

All ages are more than welcome to come and bake with us, but any children under the age of 18 must either bake alongside a responsible adult, or for every 4 children attending under the age of 18, 1 supervising adult is required to attend. Please note that children will need to be supervised when using the ovens and hobs, our friendly team will be on hand to help give guidance on safe usage of these.  If  you are booking tickets for under 18’s to attend, please email us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com to confirm the ages, number of children attending and date and time of your booking. 

How much is it for children to attend The Big Birmingham Bake?

All ticket prices are as listed on our website. Children under the age of 5 are free of charge when baking in a 3 alongside 2 full price tickets. If you wish to bring any children under the age of 5 to our event, please email us at contactus@thebigbirminghambake.com.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Please ensure you arrive no later than 20 minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. A single ticket admits one person only.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. We suggest all bakers arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time. We always try where possible to accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be able to join the session as all our bakes are carefully planned to last the full 90 minutes. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
10. When participated at The Big Birmingham Bake you agree that our event may be photograph and recorded, and that this may be use in any manner or media, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion. This media remains the sole ownership of The Big Birmingham Bake.
11. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
12. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.

14. We recommend participants wear appropriate clothing such as suitable closed toe footwear as we are live kitchen.
15. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
16. Tickets can be moved free of charge 3 weeks before you booking for parties under 4. These can be moved within a two week period from the original date of your booking. For parties over four please contact us at contactus@thebigbirminghambake.com. We are unable to offer ticket changes within three weeks.
17. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your bake. Bakes begin at the time published on your ticket. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Unfortunately guests arriving more than 15 minutes late we will not able to join us.

    From arriving at the fridge door to seeing the tent itself was an utter joy for everyone. The venue, under the arches, the buffet laid out and the drinks all ready to go when we arrived was just superb. Your team of staff couldn’t have been nicer – so helpful, so kind and so happy to help. The buffet was delicious, it makes a lovely change to have, what we are sure, was recently baked quiche!!! The bake-off event itself was an absolute joy and everyone had such a lovely time. From the ingredients to the equipment, the sprinkles, colours and flavours made available were just great. We love what you are doing down in the railway arches – what a brilliant idea to come up with and the team looked after us so well. I had plenty of emails this morning from those involved to say it was the best social event they have ever done – and we’ve done a lot.
