China Rats, a four piece band from Leeds, are a glimmer of hope for the future of rock and roll. They take their influences from the greatest guitar bands and create their own rough and ready music. Punk rock vocals and grandiose guitar are their bread and butter, backed up with irreverant self-deprecating lyrics that mixed together make a classic rock sound that seems to be missing from the scene otherwise. China Rats are coming to The Sunflower Lounge as part of their first UK headline tour, plus it's their first headline gig in Brum. Get down there to bounce around to some head banging, fun time punk rock goodness.
