Doing Birmingham's independent bars proud, this cool, chirpy spot has two fun floors packed with laid back attitudes and a friendly crowd thanks to a dash of paisley wallpaper here and a smothering of art there. With Brum's finest Rock 'n' Roll DJ's manning the decks every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, The Sunflower Lounge is a great place to chill out with great mates to some great music and pocket-friendly drinks prices.
Live music in Birmingham is at the very core of everything that The Sunflower Lounge stand for as they boast some of the best local bands on the scene. The downstairs venue might be small but the sound is killer, with NME friendly bands rife on The Sunflower's stage. If intimate and feisty gig atmospheres are your thing, then so is The Sunflower Lounge as the acoustics bellow through your belly with a friendly wiggle. No strangers to the cool and unusual, The Sunflower often host cinema nights and cult movies classics too.
