This October, we're bringing the vibrant flavours and rich food culture of St. Kitts - and we want you there!

In celebration of Black History Month, we've partnered with the wonderful Esmie's Caribbean Fusion - one of our beloved food partners right here at Alfred Works - for an exclusive evening cooking class like no other. Led by the lovely Esmie and Patrick, you'll spend the evening discovering the authentic dishes, ingredients, and stories behind the cuisine of St. Kitts, guided every step of the way in a warm, welcoming, and celebratory atmosphere.

This is more than a cooking class. It's a cultural experience - a chance to connect with Caribbean food heritage through the hands and heart of someone who truly lives it.

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, your appetite, and someone you love to cook with.

One ticket includes two adults - this class is designed for pairs.

All ingredients and equipment provided. Alcohol will be served during the session.

Please note: this event is strictly 18+. Guests under the age of 18 are welcome only when accompanied by a paying adult. Allergies and intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking!

This was SUCH a great class for my 8yo - she came home absolutely delighted with the experience. The teachers/chefs were fantastic; it was great she was able to make so much; and the bakes were delicious. What an amazing baking experience!

I think The Cookbook Club is extremely good, in fact it's amazing. It's creative. People cook family recipes. It's a good thing that I can share my food memories and ideas and meet and talk with other foodies who may have had the same foods as me. It's nice and calm and easy to follow. I'm a foodie who uses a wheelchair and has autism and sensory hyperawareness; the Cookbook Club is extremely important to me because it's wheelchair accessible and it's a smallish group so I'm able to fully participate without being overwhelmed by the size and pace of the event. THERE ARE VERY FEW PLACES THAT OFFER THIS OPPORTUNITY - PLEASE CONTINUE THE COOKBOOK CLUB!
