From Gordon Ramsay's The F Word through to opening two of Birmingham's most renowned restaurants, Aktar Islam has had one hell of a career. And now the man behind Opheem and Legna is going to be the only one to bring Brum 17-year-old Galician Blonde, one of the best steaks in the world. 

Pulperia, Aktar's latest project, is set to open in Cau's former Brindley Place space and is inspired by the chef's travels to Argentina. Unsurprisingly, the menu will be steak heavy, with unique cuts from naturally reared pure breeds cooked on a parilla (a South American grill). There will also be a selection of asado, small plates which start a meal, as well as grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes and fish for mains.
