The Cairn Group's huge £101m refinance deal definitely turned a few heads earlier in the year, but making a bigger splash was the announcement that half of the funds would go into strengthening their already impressive portfolio of venues. Enter The Lobby On Hill Street. Sitting in the heart of Birmingham, and only a stone's throw away from New Street Station, the constant high level of footfall and welcoming atmosphere will certainly make this a lively spot. But crucial to its success will be maintaining high standards of food and drink whilst continuing to grow and get busier. We're excited about this place, you should be too.
