Celebrating English Tourism Week this coming March 29th to April 5th, one of Birmingham's most botanical boozy babes has cultivated a cocktail in celebration of the week. Mixed and mastered by Luke Pearson from The Lost and Found (winner of 'Best Bar' in our 2014 DesignMyNight Awards don't you know), the 'Birmingham Cup' is one dapper liquid chapper. Blending the city's very own Broker's Gin, Dandelion bitters, sugar syrup, coriander leaves and cardamom bitters, the 'Birmingham Cup' is a snappy and fresh palate pleaser that celebrates all things yum and Brum.
