You know that part on a boastful dinner menu that says 'finger licking good' food? Sometimes it really makes you sigh, right? Who is a menu to tell me that I will be licking my talons when i'm all done? However, when we say that this pop-up party at is set to be finger licking good, you're going to believe and you will truly love it. The first in a new series of pop-up food and drink events that will bring together the scene in whole hearted grub glory, Rib Night at The Church Inn is the first round in a BBQ off that will be putting the city's best grub grillers to the test.

Prepare to swoon over some of the best BBQ goods in the city as Rib Night comes to town for an evening of sticky rib saviours and Picklebacks.

Joined by two time Grillstock winners Backyard Brummies and BBQ newbies Low 'n' Slow, The Church Inn will be smothered in sweet marinades and premium meat this December as these two BBQ demons wield their tongs and take to the grill, all in the name of being crowned Rib Night champs. But that's not all that's in store, with Hero Records' MANZO on the decks and Picklebacks doing the rounds (a whisky shot with pickle juice chaser), this is sure to be a fun filled evening of party hearty carnivores and laid back vibes.

Tickets come in at a rather reasonable £20 (including a selection of ribs from each competitor, fries, slaw and a Pickleback on entry) and there's only 50 available so grab your entry before the rib lovin' ravishers nab them all up!
