How to redeem

To redeem your voucher, please contact our Central Bookings team 48 hours in advance of your reservation quoting your voucher code and booking reference:

You must notify us of your intention to use a voucher ahead of your visit.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your voucher on the day of your reservation.

Terms

Valid for 12 months following purchase and cannot be used past the expiry date stated on voucher. Vouchers must be booked 48 hours in advance. It is only valid for the monetary amount stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. All bookings are subject to availability. The voucher can only be redeemed once and the remaining balance cannot be used again.
