The Juice Joint Academy ("Juice Joint" was another prohibition name for a speakeasy)
will take guests on a journey through the history of cocktails, starting from the late
1800's/early1900's all the way up to the present day. On the way, everyone will learn
about the history of the cocktail, how cocktail bar-tending was influenced by each era
and the use key bar-tending techniques. Maximum group size of 16.

£25 per head. Includes glass of Prosecco on arrival and the making of 2 different
cocktails. Session lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours with a 10 minute intermission.
