Blackburn Town Centre
When Santa and his friends called
out for a helper
He expressed that this year he
needed assistance
“The best of the best” he
exclaimed in the distance.
Blackburn instantly knew what they
needed to do
Call out to the town, “Santa needs
you!”
Upon invitation the children will
gather
All jolly and festive, just like
dasher.
Come down to Wish Upon A Star for
a Santa surprise
As Head Elf Holly decides who’s
naughty or nice.
But don’t run to far, you’ll have
to stay near
As we’ll be making food for Santas
reindeers!

What to know
- 🎁 1 Free Adult Ticket is included in a 'Child Ticket'. If you would like to bring an additional adult please add an 'Additional Adult Ticket' to your cart as well as a child ticket, therefore allocating 2 adult spaces.
- 🎁 An 'Additional Adult Ticket' only allows access for an additional adult - this is not a child ticket.
- 🎁 There is only 3 additional adult tickets available per slot due to space and safety.

SEN friendly sessions
At Wish Upon A Star, we believe the magic of Christmas should be for every child. That’s why we’re introducing SEN-Friendly Grotto Sessions each day — created especially for families with children who have Special Educational Needs or are on the Autistic Spectrum. This is something we've wanted to do for a while as it's very close to our hearts. And now, with the help of community SEN mothers, we are excited to bring these sessions to our Grotto this year and will continue to do so going forward.
Recognising that a busy grotto can sometimes feel overwhelming, these sessions are designed with calm and comfort in mind:
✨ Quieter surroundings with softened music and lighting
✨ Reduced numbers in each time slot for a more relaxed pace
✨ Extra time with Santa, so children can enjoy the experience without feeling rushed
✨ Patient, understanding elves who are ready to adapt to your family’s needs
🎁 Every child will still receive a thoughtful, age-appropriate gift and enjoy their own magical moment with Santa. Our aim is to make every child feel safe, welcomed, and full of festive joy.

1. Risk Safety
Attendance at Santa’s Grotto is at your own risk. Wish Upon A Star Productions Events Ltd, our venue, owners, and performers are not liable for any injuries or incidents, except where caused by negligence.
2. Tickets
Please check your booking carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation.
3. Cancellations Changes
Occasionally, events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will offer an alternative slot or refund.
We reserve the right to alter or adapt elements of the grotto experience without obligation to refund, for example due to weather, performer illness, or technical issues.
4. Admission Behaviour
Please arrive on time for your booking time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time with Santa or loss of the session.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
5. Capacity Allocation
Each session has a limited capacity. Additional guests will not be admitted.
6. Photography Filming
Our team may capture photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
7. Venue Rules
The grotto and venue operate a strict No Smoking policy, including e-cigarettes.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
8. Ticket Resale
Tickets must not be resold or transferred for profit. Any tickets found to be resold may be void and entry refused.
