What is sound therapy?
We already know that regular meditation and mindfulness can help improve our mental and emotional wellbeing. Evidence shows that regular practice can improve sleep patterns, manage stress, increase energy levels, and enhance empathy. A sound bath is simply a space to tune in, pause and reflect. Each session uses Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and percussion. The tones are rich, pure and vibrant, and many of Nicola's clients have found them deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

What happens in a virtual session?
You are encouraged to create a calming space where you will not be disturbed.
Wear comfortable clothes and wrap up warm
Then, after being read a short relaxing meditation, Nicola will start to play the instruments. The instruments will be played for about 45 mins.
