Barrel & Bloom Festival is a two-day festival packed with live music, incredible food and drink, hands-on fun, and all the best of Somerset’s traditions. Whether you're here for an incredible night of music or a day of family-friendly adventures, there's something for everyone.

🍻 Saturday 10th May – Live at the Farm

A proper West Country knees-up, headlined by the legendary Wurzels, supported by Harrisen Larner-Main and The Additions. Expect singalongs, cider, and a gurt lush festival atmosphere.

🎪 Sunday 11th May – The Big Day Out
A family-friendly festival filled with live music, kids’ entertainment, muddy fun, crafts, play zones, apple pressing, cider tasting, and amazing local food. A full day out for the whole family!

Come for one day or make a weekend of it—this is Somerset Day’s biggest festival celebration.

Nature-inspired play & activities: Apple pressing, garden games, The Bloom Patch play zone, and creative workshops.

Food & Drink: Rich’s Cider bar, homemade filled GIANT Yorkshire puddings, and Somerset treats.

Local artisan market & cider museum.

Gates open from 11:00 AM.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Barrel & Bloom Festival 2025, held at Rich’s Cider Farm, Somerset on Saturday 10th May 2025 and Sunday 11th May 2025. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

1.1. All tickets are sold subject to availability and the terms set by the event organiser.

1.2. Tickets must be purchased from authorised sellers only, including Design My Night. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised third-party vendors.

1.3. You must present a valid ticket for entry. Digital and printed tickets are accepted.

1.4. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person behaving inappropriately or violating these terms.

2. Refunds, Cancellations & Resale

2.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organiser.

2.2. No refunds will be given for non-attendance, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances.

2.3. If an event is cancelled, the organiser will attempt to reschedule where possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.4. If the event is cancelled, please contact the original ticket provider (including Design My Night) for refund information. If the event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

2.5. If a ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, **Design My Night (WFL Media Ltd)** or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

3. Age Restrictions & Supervision

3.1. Live at the Farm (Saturday 10th May): Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Proof of age may be required.

3.2. The Big Day Out (Sunday 11th May): Open to all ages.

3.3. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide valid identification when requested.

3.4. Some event areas may operate a No Smoking Policy in accordance with venue rules.

4. Event Changes & Liability

4.1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

4.2. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the event management, venue, event participants, Design My Night (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes.

4.3. The event organiser reserves the right to change the lineup, timings, and event details due to unforeseen circumstances, including artist cancellations or weather conditions.

4.4. The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket holders in case of event changes or cancellation.

4.5. The venue, promoter, and Design My Night accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

4.6. Attendees assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to weather conditions, injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Venue Rules & Safety

5.1. No outside food, drink, or alcohol is permitted. Bag checks may be conducted at the entrance.

5.2. The event is a standing festival. Limited seating is available for accessibility needs – please contact the organiser in advance.

5.3. The venue is an outdoor farm setting. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions and wear suitable footwear.

5.4. Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and security.

5.5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all attendees.

5.6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Photography & Media

6.1. The event will be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing, social media, and future promotions.

6.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

7. Accessibility & Special Requirements

7.1. The venue has accessible parking and facilities. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact the organiser before the event.

7.2. Assistance dogs are welcome, but no other animals are permitted.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, industrial action, or acts of terrorism.
