Feast Over Flame at Henley Royal Regatta in 2023 from Wednesday 28th June - Sunday 2nd July
It’s not all striped blazers and cheering on the boats, you know. Imagine sipping Aperol Spritz in the sunshine, enjoying a gorgeous flame-cooked meal not a charred banger in sight then dancing the night away … oh, and there might be a spot of rowing in the background. Yup, that sounds like the way to do Henley!
So, if you’re not already convinced, here’s six reasons why this should be your pick for a day at Henley Regatta …
1/ The Menu! Freshly baked tomato and Rosemary bread, whipped basil butter; Grilled peaches, Serrano ham, Henley honey & bee pollen; grilled fillet of beef and tiger prawn; Piña Colada Pavlova and a s’mores platter veggie option available. Literally, drooling! We won’t ruin the surprise too much, but between 8-10pm there’s more flame-cooked sustenance to keep the hardcore going till long after sundown.
2/ It’s an all dayer! The Feast over Flame ticket gives you access to the enclosure from 11am-Midnight til 9pm on Sun. That’s more than 12 hours of serious good times with your family and friends – yup, it’s time to make up for the years of lost get-togethers.
3/ It’s cooked fresh! Forget platters of chicken supreme languishing under heat lamps a la mass catering of old… there’s a Big Green Egg BBQ at the end of each table on which your incredible lunch will be expertly flame-cooked to order.
4/ Booze is included at least to get you started. Not all Henley tickets include booze but chez Feast over Flame, guests will settle in with a glass of champers and then have half a bottle of wine each over lunch. If that’s not enough, there’s always the bar for top-ups of local beer, wine, spirits and hand-crafted cocktails because we don’t come to Henley to drink pre-mixed darrrling!. There’s also tea and coffee available all day.
5/ You’re not stuck at your table all day. The Feast over Flame space is rather gorgeous – there’s Ibiza-style lounge seating, the gorgeous festoon lighting bedecked long dining tables plus multiple seating areas and a covered terrace so you can lounge, perch, peruse and twirl the light fantastic, whatever the weather.
6/ Entertainment! By the bucketload! Well, for starters there’s the hundreds of gorgeous guys and girls hurtling past as they flex well-honed muscles in fierce and fast-paced competition with one another, then there’s the live music and DJ to see you alll the way through to midnight yup, dust off the dancing shoes.

As an exclusive venue, access will only be granted through a pre-purchased ticket.

FAQ's
Feast Over Flame is located on the Berkshire river bank at Henley Royal Regatta. Entrance for our guests is provided from the riverside pathway, through the Henley Royal Regatta site and along the river. We are located approximately a 15 minute walk from Henley Town Centre. Please make your way through the main regatta site and along the river pathway, when the river meets the pathway please go through the white gate on your right.
There is no parking available on-site at Feast Over Flame. Should any guests require disabled access, please make us aware prior to arrival.
The main taxi drop-off during Regatta is on the A4130, a short walk from the site. Details of how to find the main regatta site and a map of Henley town centre are below.

Feast Over Flame operates a smart casual dress code. No sports wear or jeans. For general regatta areas there is no dress code, although most men will wear club blazers and smart clothes, and women wear occasion dresses or skirts for the most part too.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and the event management team. Please ensure you arrive no later than ten minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
5. Our experiences start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
6. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. In the event of adverse weather, guests may be required to dine in an alternative ‘wet-weather venue’ setting for the purpose of both comfort and health & safety. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase due to inclement weather.
9. When dining at a Feast experience you agree that our event may be photographed and recorded, and that this may be used in any manner or media, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion. This media remains the sole ownership of Feast Events.
10. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
11. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy, smoking areas are available outside the venue. Please check with event management if you are unsure of permitted smoking areas.
12. All of our venues operate CCTV.
13. We recommend participants wear appropriate clothing and suitable footwear for an outdoor venue.
14. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
15. All special dietary requirements and/or allergies must be confirmed by the guests to the event management team prior to arrival for your Feast experience. We cannot guarantee availability to change the menu or food offering without prior knowledge at least 48 hours before your experience starts. Refunds are not available for guests unable to partake in the experience due to conflicting dietary requirements that have not been stated and agreed with event management prior to arrival.
16. Guests attending a Feast experience with Children take full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of their children for the duration of the experience.
17. Guests booking a Feast experience will be automatically added to both Feast and the respective venue’s mailing list to receive updates about future events and ticket availability. Any guests who do not wish to join the mailing list should email info@feast-events.com with this request.
