Chris is a great presenter and really knows his hop history. The tour is a very good guide to the whole growing and harvesting of hops, even in the rain! As a homebrewer, I will definitely be promoting the use of English grown hops where possible and will be buying my hops from Hukins online.

Our recent hop tour at Hukins Hops was excellent. Chris, the guide had a wide range of knowledge, he answered all our questions and queries with such good grace. We had a tour of a hop garden, a talk about the background and history of hops, beer and hopping, we then saw the drying area and machines in progress, and tasted 3 delicious beers, all made in their own brewery. It was a very enjoyable 3 hours, we’ll be back!
