We are so excited to be collaborating with Katasana (Katie Rogers) in a series of single ladies lock down yoga sessions! We know that being single in lockdown is stressful enough and we want to treat you guys to some unwinding sessions for your mind, body and soul! Join these sessions (suitable for women yogis of all levels) to meet some like-minded singles and stretch it out!
Katie is an online yoga teacher, based near Birmingham and Nottingham. She has been teaching yoga for around six years and adapted her teaching to online classes to keep her students zen during lockdown! Alongside running free challenges on Instagram and Facebook to encourage people to get on their mats and learn some new postures, she has also recently launched her website, www.katasana.com offering live classes, meditations and breath-work sessions (also available for catch-up) - check it out!
Katie believes that yoga can bring many benefits to people, no matter whether you're completely new to yoga, or have been practicing for years! Mindful of this, Katie always offers modifications and verbal cues for postures, so that even when learning from home on day one of your yoga journey, you can get involved and learn more about the correct alignment for postures.
We are also keeping everything crossed that we have a special guest appearance from Katie's adorable pup - Mr Bentley
After the Yoga has come to a peaceful end Katie will be happy to answer any questions you may have with a 15 minute Q&A session. There will also be time to socialise afterwards with other like minded singles with a chance to get to know people with similar interests.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
