HERTS PRIDE 2023
HERTS PRIDE IS OPERATED BY VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY. WE ARE A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATION, AND ANY SURPLUS FUNDS WE RAISE ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE LGBT+ COMMUNITIES AND IMPROVE THE EVENT YEAR ON YEAR
Herts Pride includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
Our passion is to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues and campaign for the freedoms that will allow them to live their lives on a genuinely equal footing.
Our local event happens every year, and this is only able to continue through the dedication from you and our volunteers. Around 10 people volunteer on the committee to help us deliver what we know as Herts Pride today, with additional support from 30 volunteer stewards on the day.
Our mission is to continuity to grow Herts pride year on year, and be "TOGETHER AS ONE" Maximise visibility of diverse LGBT+the queer/invisible/other, Encourage unity amongst the LGBT+ community, Fight for the rights of LGBT+ individuals to be equal

Accessibility and Carers (Advance Ticket)
Seniors and Registered Disabled Pride visitors with a disability who need to attend with a registered carer must pay for their ticket, but the carer will be allowed in free of charge; however, they will be given a carers wristband and not be allowed to purchase alcohol. Buying your ticket online will cost you the face value of the ticket plus a booking fee from "Design My Night" tickets will be emailed to you, and you will need to bring a printed version of your ticket or an electronic version for us to check. Your first point of call in the event of any issues with your ticketing should be the contact event organiser their contact details can be found on the https://www.designmynight.com/uk site. Purchase of a ticket will allow admittance to the fenced in area of Herts Pride in Cassiobury Park, Watford. It will not give you access to any backstage areas: anyone found in the area without the correct pass may be ejected from Herts Pride.Entry to the event arena is at the discretion of the front of house team and our S.I.A. qualified on-site security team and we reserve the right to refuse admission.
