1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Price: £14.00 Per child / £10.00 per adult
Timings: You will be required to book a time slot, this will determine your food service time and allocated time with Santa.
Group 1
Arrival 9am to be seated.
Food served from 9.30am, in order of arrival, and activities including mask making and letter to Santa writing.
From 10.30am you will be invited up to your child’s allocated time with Santa by our host Elf. This is allocated in order of booking, please wait for a member of staff to notify you on the day that it is your turn to visit Santa.
Group 2
Arrival 9am.
From 9.30am - you will be invited up to your child’s allocated time with Santa by our host Elf. This is allocated in order of booking.
Food served from 10.30am, in order of arrival, and activities including mask making and letter to Santa writing.
After you have finished your activities, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the surroundings of Woodland Manor and its decorations.

Child – Allocated time with Santa, gift from Santa, letter writing to Santa, mask decorating, breakfast and breakfast juices from our drinks station and hot chocolates available on request.
Adult – Breakfast, tea and coffee from our drinks station and photo opportunities for all the family.

Please note that this is a ticket only family event, all adults and children who would like to attend require a pre-purchased ticket
Babies under 1 can attend with other booked family members without a full price ticket however no food or gift will be included. Please note any additional babies during the booking process so that space can be allocated at your table
Please make your way to the reception area where a host will greet you. Please have your booking name and/or booking reference to hand to present the host.
Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the event duration
Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time
Gifts are unavailable to choose in advance, or substituted on the day and will be given at random
Please note that you will be allocated seats on shared tables with other guests

Each child will have their own time with Santa and will be given to you by the event host on the day. The Santa allocation slots will be allocated in booking order.
