Red Dog Austin Bar-B-Que Southampton - like its London cousins - has an award-winning smoker imported from Oklahoma, where the meat sits for up to three days before serving, all served over imported hickory wood.

Feast on good, old-fashioned barbecue and home cooking; like huge pulled pork sandwiches, USDA briskets, award-winning St Louis cut ribs, hot links, monster beef, plus loaded burgers and sandwiches. You will also find craft beers, classic American cocktails and a long list of tequilas, mescals and US whiskeys. 

Inside, you'll find that the restaurant resembles an old American smokehouse, complete with wood panelling, taxidermy, and vintage framed photos. As for music, expect a soundtrack of Blues and Soul from the Deep South.
