Location: The Barn, Healing Manor
Children will gather for a cosy story with Santa before getting creative with festive Christmas crafting and writing their very own letter to the North Pole. They’ll enjoy a breakfast bun with hot chocolate or juice, a cookie, and will head home with a special gift from Santa himself.
Adults can relax and soak up the festive atmosphere with a breakfast bun and a warming tea, coffee, or hot chocolate as the little ones enjoy their magical morning.

Arrival: 9.30am
Estimated Finish: 11.30am (or earlier)
1. Tickets & Payment
Tickets are priced at £15 per child and £10 per adult.
Full payment is required upon booking.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
If, for any reason outside of our control, the event needs to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund. This includes highly unlikely scenarios such as Santa’s sleigh breaking down beyond roadside repair, an outbreak of festive “Christmas flu”, or Santa being temporarily detained by overenthusiastic elves. Rest assured: if we cancel, you are fully covered.
2. Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking by emailing events@healingmanorhotel.co.uk

We may not be able to accommodate dietary information submitted after this point.
3. Who the Event Is Designed For
This event is designed for children aged 1 year and above.
Babies under 1 are more than welcome to join and enjoy story time with Santa, but please note that the event activities and inclusions are tailored for 1+.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
4. Event Activities
Each child ticket includes:
Story time with Santa
Christmas crafting
Writing a letter to the North Pole
A breakfast bun, cookie, and choice of hot chocolate or juice
A small gift from Santa

5. Timings & Arrival
Doors open at 9.30am.
The event will finish at approximately 11.30am, although programme timings may vary slightly.
Please arrive promptly to enjoy the full experience.
6. Venue Information
The event will take place in The Barn at Healing Manor Hotel.
In the unlikely event that we need to relocate within the venue, guests will be informed prior to arrival.
7. Photography & Conduct
Guests are welcome to take photographs during the event; however, please be mindful of other families.
We reserve the right to remove any guests who behave in a way that impacts the enjoyment or safety of others (including Santa, who bruises easily under pressure).
8. Amendments
Healing Manor Hotel reserves the right to make small changes to the event activities, menu, or programme where necessary, while ensuring the overall experience remains joyful and festive.
