Yoga will be lead by Tiffany Lindsay, a certified yoga teacher who has been practicing for 23 years and teaching for 9. Tiffany has studied a wide variety of yoga styles and blends her knowledge of these with a therapeutic approach to her classes. Her classes offer people time to pause, rest and reset. To slow down, breathe and re-find a sense of calm.
