Our lovely yoga instructor Shannon is professionally trained, and will help you to feel refreshed, relaxed and revitalized, leaving you ready to indulge in a delicious breakfast of your choice from our yoga brunch menu! Paired with a cleansing home-made smoothie and a coffee of your choice, you’re bound to feel better than ever.
