our next exceptional wine tasting event, where we will be
transporting you to the heart of the Languedoc region in France.
This time, we’re thrilled to feature an exquisite selection of
premium organic wines from the renowned Famille Fabre estate,
currently run by Clemence Fabre and her family.
Nestled near Béziers and
surrounded by picturesque olive trees, the estate benefits from the
warm Mediterranean climate and a unique blend of soils, including
clay, limestone, and marl. These elements contribute to the
production of mineral-rich whites, elegant rosés, and concentrated
reds. The estate’s commitment to organic viticulture since 1991
ensures that every bottle reflects the authentic flavors and
heritage of this beautiful region.
To complement these
extraordinary wines, our Head Chef Adrian has crafted a spectacular
5-course menu designed to perfectly pair with each selection.
We’re also delighted to
welcome Clemence Fabre herself, who will share insights into the
vineyard, its history, and the unique qualities that make these
wines so special.
Tickets are £60 and include
the 5-course meal, paired wines, expert guidance from Clemence, and
access to an exclusively priced take-home bottle menu on the

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
