The team behind Maybe Frank and Maybe Sammy have been busy bees indeed in the past few months, what with running the world’s 11^th best bar, launching a slinky new CBD venue and shaking up some of Australia’s most sought-after tipples. And it seems like the team have no plans to slow down in 2021, with news that they will be opening yet another drinking den, found on the 22^nd floor of the new A by Adina Hotel.

Deans On 22 will be located on the intersection of Hunter and George Street, serving up the group’s signature cocktails to guests and passers-by alike. Named after Dean Martin, this new bar is set to complete the Rat Pack trilogy, joining its sister venues with names that pay tribute to the world’s greatest mid-century entertainers.

While details on this newest venture are still pretty thin on the ground, we’re expecting the same flair and innovation as previously demonstrated, from tasting menus of mini cocktails to sips served alongside magic tricks and quirky extras. And with a 22^nd floor location? It’s safe to assume that we can also ready ourselves for some mega views too.
