Our Global Flavours Cookery Classes deliver an immersive culinary experience, exploring the tastes, techniques and traditions of cuisines from around the world. 

Designed to be fun and informal, each session showcases classic dishes prepared with authentic ingredients, as our chef guides you step by step through hands-on cooking to create bold, flavour-packed plates.

From street food favourites and regional specialities to contemporary global fusion, the Global Flavours series welcomes cooks of all abilities to broaden their palate, build confidence in the kitchen, and connect through the universal language of food.

2 July - K-Razy For Korean!

Guilty secret, love a little K-Pop? How about a little K-Cuisine? What's not to love about the satisfying crunch & the fiery heat, from a bowl full of Crispy Korean Chicken? Embrace the bold, ‘in your face’ flavours of this fast growing East Asian cuisine trend… a little Japanese, but spicier, hotter… with the sweet and sour notes we recognise from China; this is East Asian style ‘Seoul Food’ at its finest and we are we are K-raving it!
Menu: Krispy Korean chicken; ‘Banchon’ (sides) - Kimchi, Bibimbap and Mandu (Korean style dumplings).
Come hungry, say "잘 먹겠습니다" - ‘jal meokgesseumnida’ or ‘we will eat well’ and leave with those tastebud k-ravings satisfied!


9 July - East Meets West - Japanese/Mexican Fusion 

Love the clean, delicate flavours of Japanese cuisine? Crave the zesty heat and citrus of fresh Mexican fare?
This unique session is made for you! Join us for the ultimate Pan-Pacific culinary experience, where East meets West in the most delicious way.

T&Cs

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

    Absolutely amazing experience. The workspace is top notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the black forest gateux we created were delicious. Highly recommend!
