THE PAPERS
The Papers are two sets of brothers who grew up together in Reading. Fusing elements of hip hop, funk, r&b, soul, blues, jazz and rock with intelligent lyricism has seen them create a sound that is both contemporary and nostalgic. The Papers recently headlined at the Jazz Café Camden, adding to their impressive list of performances which include the Natural History Museum and several festivals. A shared experience of the immigration process, their surroundings growing up and life in the UK are among the influences that resonate in their music. The Papers’ live shows are characterised by their tightness, passion and natural rapport between members – the result of a bond that precedes making music.

Nipah is a 22 year old singer/songwriter from south London. Nipah has been making music over the last two years, currently working on her EP, which will be out early next year Nipah hopes to chill her listeners with her mellow sound.

LUKE PAULO
Luke Paulo and The Graprefruit started out in 2011, eventually finding their way to their characteristic noirish style combining a jazzy European sound with melancholy or darkly playful lyrics. Their debut EP was released in 2014 and they are building up to the release of a debut album.
