By registering or booking for an event at either Boredinberkshire or Introducingu2love you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Introducingu2love offers a professional matchmaking service where we verify personal information on becoming a member.
When it comes to our events, there is a registration process, taking basic information on who is coming and how many people are coming but we do not verify attendee's personal information. For this reason, we recommend that you avoid sharing personal information, such as your phone number, home address or financial details with any stranger that you meet. If you happen to share information you accept this is entirely at your own risk.
At our events, if you happen to meet someone and there is a mutual attraction there will be a chance for an introduction or potential date through Introducingu2love. At the events when you sign in, you will be given an evaluation form where you can register your interest on the night if you happen to be attracted to anyone. If two people mutually say yes, we can facilitate a connection but with your permission only.

If you happen to meet outside of our events, we take no responsibility for inappropriate behaviour.
All information given is private and confidential we follow strict data protection guidelines. Any information taken is to let you know of any upcoming events or for a newsletter.

When booking an event
For safety and security, you must register for our events ensuring the information you provided is complete and accurate. We do not accept anyone that has been convicted of a crime or registered as a sex offender with any government or agency.
For mental and emotional well-being with respect and honesty, we encourage people to come to events with the best intentions. We cannot be held responsible for other people's actions and behaviour.
We do not tolerate:
* Racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.
* Harassment, annoy, threatening or intimidating behaviour against others or event organisers.
* Illegal or unlawful activities.
Please Be Aware of Your Surroundings, Stay Alert throughout the event.
Respect and comply with instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders. They are trained to handle various situations and are there to ensure your safety. If you have any questions or concerns, seek assistance from the event organisers.
Please always take care of your personal belongings. Keep valuables secure and avoid carrying large amounts of cash or unnecessary items. Keep your essentials safe, such as your ID, mobile phone, and payment cards. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Responsible Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is available at the event, drink responsibly and in moderation. Know your limits and be mindful of how alcohol affects your judgment and coordination.
Respect Personal Boundaries: Treat fellow attendees with respect and consideration. Respect personal boundaries and consent in all interactions. If you witness or experience any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour, report it to event staff or security personnel immediately.
If you arrive late for an event, entry will not be guaranteed, and all late arrivals will be permitted to join the event at the host’s discretion. If you are late, we are under no obligation to offer a refund or compensation.
If you wish to cancel an event 48-hour notice is required with no refund if given.
Venues will have their own requirements such as ID Check, Dress code. If you are in breach of any venue code of conduct, and they do not give you permission to enter we cannot be held responsible. Guests are encouraged to check venue websites directly. Many venues operate with a 'no ID, no entry policy'. This is not to verify ages but as a general security policy, particularly with venues operating a late licence.
