You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.


This page represents a legal document that serves as Booking Terms and Conditions of Flamingo Dating.

BOOKINGS, TICKETS AND REFUNDS
1. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation. We reserve the right to change event venues and timings. In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless the change significantly affects your ability to attend — for example, if a rescheduled date is announced at short notice on the day of the event. Refund requests, where applicable, can be submitted via the ticketing platform (e.g. Eventbrite or any other ticketing platform you purchased a ticket from) or by emailing flamingodating@outlook.com.
2. Flamingo Dating cannot guarantee that there will be a specific number of attendees at a given event or that there will be an equal number of male and female guests attending or that attendees will meet specific age criteria.
3. Flamingo Dating events are designed for specific age groups as advertised (e.g. 20s & 30s). By booking, you confirm that you are within or close to the intended age range. While some flexibility may be allowed at the organiser’s/hosts discretion, we reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if an attendee is significantly outside the advertised age group or misrepresents their age.
4. Each of our events are based on a minimum number of attendees and we reserve the right to cancel an event if such numbers are not reached.
5. I confirm that purchasing a ticket or having someone else purchase or transfer a ticket for me or under my name confirms I am above the age of 18.
6. Tickets are non-transferable without the prior consent of Flamingo Dating. If you wish to transfer a ticket to another individual, please contact us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse transfers.
7. By booking a ticket, you agree to receive essential event communications via email, including updates, reminders, and schedule changes. It is your responsibility to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders).

CONDUCT
1. You agree to be respectful to everyone you meet at our events including other clients, hosts and venue staff. Any reasonable complaint against your conduct will result in a permanent event ban with no option for a refund.
2. Under extraordinary circumstances, venues are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event start time on the day of the event.
3. Flamingo Dating holds events at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore for any damages suffered, physical or otherwise, you agree that Flamingo Dating and its associates cannot be held responsible or liable.
4. By purchasing a ticket or attending a Flamingo Dating event, you agree that Flamingo Dating, its staff, and associates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage — direct or indirect — that may arise from participating in our services or interacting with other attendees. This includes, without limitation, emotional distress, discomfort, or physical harm that may result from conversations or interactions during or after the event.
5. While Flamingo Dating strives to provide a safe and respectful environment, we are not responsible for the actions of individual attendees or circumstances beyond our control. This clause does not limit liability in cases where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for negligence resulting in personal injury or death.Flamingo Dating can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.
6. Flamingo Dating reserves the right to request ID for age verification purposes at the event if the host suspects the attendee is significantly outside the advertised age group. Entry may be refused without refund if an attendee is unable or unwilling to provide suitable ID when asked. We do not store or retain copies of personal identification.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
1. Flamingo Dating may take photos and videos at events for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, or in press and advertising. By attending an event, you grant Flamingo Dating a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, adapt, and publish your image or likeness for commercial purposes.
2. All rights to such media will remain with the original creator. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform a host at the start of the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

MEETING PEOPLE AT OUR EVENTS
1. As a registered participant of an event you understand that we offer an opportunity for meeting new people but cannot guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. We also do not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently.
2. We aim to give single people a chance to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However, we do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events.
3. You are advised to choose your event category carefully and should always be aware that we do not conduct any form of background checks on any attendee, including but not limited to any form of verification of a person’s identity, profession, education, marital status or criminal background.
4. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.
5. Flamingo Dating holds no responsibility on the actions an attendee may experience by another attendee or a person not related to our events before, during or after an event.
6. Flamingo Dating cannot verify the identity or background of any participant. We encourage you to approach all interactions at our events with the same caution you would exercise when meeting anyone new.
7. We provide Dating events where people can meet one another in a relaxed, safe environment. Should your behaviour be deemed to be inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave the event. If deemed necessary, you will be informed that you are unable to attend any future Flamingo Dating events.
8. By attending, you confirm you are currently single and within the age range specified for the event. Flamingo Dating reserves the right to refuse entry without refund if this is found to be untrue.

VENUE AND TIMING CHANGES TO EVENTS & ACCESS TO VENUES
1. We aim to ensure that all members are equally included in events, however some venues may not provide full, or limited, access for our disabled members. Please contact us in advance of the event to ensure that we can take appropriate measures to allow you to enjoy the event, or, if the venue is limited in the adjustments that can be made, we will offer to help you attend another event at a more suitable venue. Please note that if you do not contact us, and require special assistance, our hosts will be limited in any alterations they can make on the day of the event due to the detailed planning that is required for all events. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can take all reasonable measures for your benefit.
2. Attendees arriving late may not be guaranteed full participation. We reserve the right to refuse entry if arrival disrupts the event or if the attendee appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
3. Some venues may require valid ID for entry or alcohol service. Flamingo Dating is not responsible for refusal of entry if venue requirements are not met.

COPYRIGHT, REPRODUCTION NOTICES AND DISCLAIMER
1. Any online content produced by Flamingo Dating may contain other proprietary notices (such as moral rights and trade mark notices) and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.
2. Flamingo Dating makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about any of the content of this website/mobile application or about the content of any other website which you may access by hypertext link through this website. When you access any other website by means of a link from this website you should understand that your access to that other website is independent of the Flamingo Dating and Flamingo Dating has no control over the content of the web site, nor does Flamingo Dating in any way endorse or approve the content of that website.
