Home to the Green Fairy and the famous Absinthe Tower! Regular live entertainment, available for private functions and of course Christmas parties. If you wish to hire the full area or would like a table for the Green Fairy VIP Experience make sure you get in touch.

The newest venue to open on Collingwood Street, the perfect place to enjoy an early lunch or an after work wine. With live acts and DJ's on throughout the week you can also have a game of shuffleboards on our mezzanine level. Looking for a place to hire for a special occasion such as a Christening, birthday, engagement etc then look no further! We have 3 spaces in ChaChaBuchi that are available for private hire.
Fancy a bite to eat? Here we offer Sunday Roast fondue as well as cheese fondue, Sushi, pizza and more! Make sure you book a table to avoid disappointment.
