What they say:

Modern life is so complicated. All Baltic Cellar wants to do is sit you down for a square meal and give you some good ol' fashioned meat and two veg! Serving rustic fare to fill the belly and warm the heart, you're sure to leave with a smile of contentment and you're top button undone. Keeping it simple by offering a choice of set lunch and evening menus, Baltic Cellar is the ultimate unfussy foody experience. More rustic wood cabin than chilly cavern, this cellar wraps you up in a warm hug!

What we say:

Don't get us wrong, we love a fun, experimental restaurant; but sometimes it feels real good to go back to basics! Especially when basic is fried forest mushrooms with chicken and onion, baked in cheese. There's a good dollop of medieval gluttony to this establishment, so this would be a great place for an informal meat-fest with friends. It's also damn good value! A two course set lunch menu is 10.95, whilst three courses will cost you £14.55. For a three course evening feast it is £22.
