Having conquered London and the South East, Honest Burgers has turned its attention to Manchester, with a new opening in one of the city's historic locations. Taking over Garage Bar in Manchester Hall, the casual dining restaurant is serving up an affordable menu of British patties created in their own butchery. Classics include their namesake, made with smoked bacon, a beef burger, cheddar cheese and lettuce, alongside the famous rosemary fries.
On top of winning burgers, the new restaurant is bringing this city a treat in the form of a rooftop terrace. The brand have joined forces with Runaway Brewery who will be running the taproom - along with brewing a special beer for Honest Burgers called the Honest Pale. The relationship doesn't end there; specially for the Manchester opening, the restaurant has whipped up a burger topped with molten beer cheese and a smoked porter from Runaway's collection.
