Northern Quarter's Kahlúa Coffee House Extends Its Stay

Psst... Have you heard the latest news about Kahlúa Coffee House? The Northern Quarter pop-up bar has proved so popular that it's staying open for another month. Hooray! The great minds behind Kahlúa Coffee House have realised how much Manchester loves our coffee and alcohol combinations, so has decided to stay until Sunday 26th May. 

The popular coffee and cocktail masterclasses with The Liquorists and Coffee Circle will continue to run every Thursday (18.30), Friday (20.30) and Saturday (20.30) in the upstairs salon. Booking for these classes is highly recommended. Also continuing will be the free film screenings, taking place every Thursday at 8pm. Starting on Thursday 2nd May, the cinema screenings will include classics such as Cheech and Chong up in Smoke, Nacho Libre and Cocktail.

The drinks made by The Liquorists' boys are continuing to prove a big hit with the cocktail drinkers of Manchester

As well as the existing food, film and cocktail offerings, attention now turns to their new concept of guest bar takeovers. Between 9th - 11th May, regular hosts The Liquorists will be taking a break and letting Manchester bars have the opportunity to show off their skills by putting on their own free cocktail masterclasses at Kahlúa Coffee House. With Epernay, Hula Tiki Lounge and Dusk Til Pawn some of the first bars to sign up - expect great things from these classes as Manchester's finest cocktail mixlogists let you into their world of wizardry.

Expect great things from the expansion of this great Manchester pop up bar.

With plans underway for a closing party on Saturday 25th May, which will see Kahlúa Coffee House take part in the Fiesta del Fuego (The Fire Party) - a raw and cooked chilli festival with competitions, games, bars and stalls - Kahlúa Coffee House are making sure that they go out in style, to be remembered forever as one of the great Manchester pop up bars of the year.
