A Prison-Themed Immersive Cocktail Bar Has Landed In Manchester

Alcotraz Cell Block Three-Four: New Immersive Bar in Manchester | DesignMyNight

It would be criminal to miss this quirky bar experience.

Ever fancied yourself as a bootlegger? Now’s your chance to live out the fantasy without having to actually go to jail. You may already know about Alcotraz given its massively popular sites in London and Brighton. And if not, you’re soon going to want to don an orange jumpsuit and get stuck into the fun.

Alcotraz: Cell Block Three-Four is a unique prison-inspired immersive experience and speakeasy launching this July in Manchester. Your task? To smuggle liquor into the jail as creatively as possible. Crooked guards will be on your side, helping you to hide contraband under the suspicious glare of The Warden - just make sure not to get caught, or else.

Once you make it in, the prison’s master mixologists will whip up bespoke sips for you and your gang to enjoy. They’ll combine whatever you've chosen to bring with liqueurs, bitters and homemade syrups to make the best hooch possible, making your time behind bars just that little bit sweeter.

Alcotraz: Cell Block Three-Four launches on Friday 9th July, at 1A Watson Street, Manchester, M3 4EE. The bar is open Wednesday - Sunday with multiple time slots available. Tickets start at £29.99 and can be found here.
