The Alchemist Spinningfields is where it all began. Opening on Hardman Street in 2010 as the brand's original venue, it remains one of Manchester's most iconic cocktail destinations, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a year-round terrace.
From morning coffee and business lunches to date nights and late-night drinks, The Alchemist transforms throughout the day into a vibrant social hub serving theatrical cocktails, devilish dishes and unforgettable experiences. Signature creations like The Globe sharing cocktail and the iconic Colour Changing One are guaranteed to turn heads.
Joining us at the weekend? Experience our reinvented Alchemist Bottomless Brunch. Choose First Light for £35 until 12:45pm, or Until Dusk for £39.50. Add bottomless drinks for just £10 extra.
