Step into Mr Fogg’s Botanical Tavern in Fitzrovia for a two-hour creative experience celebrating the elegant art of calligraphy. Guided step by step by Mrs Aouda Fogg through a series of short digital videos, learn the foundations of modern calligraphy as you practise essential strokes, letters, numbers and flourishes.
Experiment with a selection of colourful inks inspired by treasures gathered during Mr Fogg’s travels, before putting your new skills into practice to create three personalised cards or postcards. Choose your own words, names or messages and add flourishes to make each piece distinctly yours.
Enjoy a cocktail or mocktail from the Fogg’s Favourites menu as you create, then take home your finished creations alongside your own calligraphy pen, nib, black ink and practice materials, everything you need to continue the art of correspondence at home.
