RATHFINNY ESTATE POP-UP ON THE REFUEL TERRACE

From 20th July, outstanding English wine producers, Rathfinny Estate will take over The Refuel Terrace at The Soho Hotel in London for a celebration of Sussex in Soho. Located in the South Downs National Park, just three miles from the sea, Rathfinny enjoys a climate, chalk soil and aspect that are perfect for producing world-class sparkling wine. 

Rathfinny wines including their Classic Cuvée, Blanc de Noirs and Rosé will be served alongside an aperitivo style British cocktail list. Enjoy refreshing summer cocktails created by the Refuel Bar Manager using Rathfinny Estate's Seven Sisters gin and vermouth, including Picnic on Chalk Cliffs, made with Seven Sisters gin, Sipsmith London Cup, berry shrub and lemonade or a Seven Sisters Negroni, with Seven Sisters gin, Cocchi Americano, Pampelle and crème de fraise. 

There will also be a selection of small plates of fresh seasonal produce perfectly paired with the wines and cocktails. Tucked away on Richmond Mews, the Refuel Terrace is set under twinkling lights and surrounded by leafy olive trees.

Tickets are £12, including a glass of Rathfinny or a cocktail of your choice.

Tickets also include a guaranteed table on The Refuel Terrace and exclusive access to a specially created cocktail list with drinks ranging from £9-12.

On 10^th and 18th August, guests can experience a special four-course dinner, paired with sparkling wine and a tutored tasting, hosted by owners of Rathfinny Estate, Mark and Sarah Driver. Tickets are £85 and include a welcome cocktail at 6.30pm, followed by a four-course dinner at 7.15pm with Rathfinny pairings, coffee and petit fours.

ABOUT RATHFINNY WINE ESTATE:

Rathfinny Estate in East Sussex was founded in 2010 by husband and wife, Mark and Sarah Driver. Once a working arable farm, the first vines were planted in 2012 and today Rathfinny comprises 277 acres of predominantly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and over the next six years the Vineyard will grow to approximately 350 acres of vines.
